Configuring SMTP Settings for AOL Mail in ServiceWorks
To begin, click on the cogwheel in the toolbar to open up the Configurations Tab and navigate to Notification -> Personalized Email
In the Personalized Email menu, you’ll have the following options available for enabling your personalized email account:
Once you’ve reached the Personalized Email screen, enter this information in the fields:
Check the Personalized Email checkbox to ensure this feature is enabled
SMTP server: smtp.aol.com
SMTP port: 465
Enter From Id: Enter your email address
SMTP username: Your AOL Mail email address
SMTP password: Your AOL Mail password
Check the Is SSL Enabled checkbox
Once finished, click Save to continue. Once finished with the setup, we recommend sending a test email to ensure the setup process has been successfully completed.
You will need to log out of ServiceWorks as well as close any open ServiceWorks tabs to complete the setup process

AOL Mail SMTP Settings
The AOL Mail SMTP server settings are the same no matter what program or device you use. Enter these SMTP server settings to send mail from your AOL Mail account using your preferred method:
- SMTP server address: smtp.aol.com
- SMTP user name: Your AOL Email Address
- Password: Your AOL Mail Password
- Port using SSL/TLS: 587
- TLS/SSL required: yes (enable SSL encryption for incoming and outgoing email)
