Here’s a brief explanation on how to set multiple appointment reminders for Job Types within the ServiceWorks software:
To begin, click on the cogwheel icon in the toolbar and navigate to Notification → Appointment Reminder

In the Appointment Reminder menu, locate your existing appointment reminder template create a new template. Once you’ve set the appointment reminder time and job type, return to the appointment reminder menu and click the Copy icon

Once copied, click the Edit icon next to the copy of your desired appointment reminder

In the edit menu, set your desired appointment reminder interval. To ensure this works properly, please set this date range as a different number

Once finished, click Save to store the changes made to your appointment reminders. Here’s a few things to keep in mind when setting multiple appointment reminders by job type
IMPORTANT:
If a job type is not present on the job ticket, an appointment reminder without a job type assigned will be sent.
If multiple appointment reminders exist for the same job type, the most recently edited reminder will be sent when performing this action manually
Turning off the emplate toggle will disable the ENTIRE template, rendering it unable to be sent via automation or manually. To disable an individual reminder from sending on its own, please uncheck the “Appointment Reminder For Jobs” toggle within the template
