Exporting Your Instant Booking Leads
To begin the exportation of data, start by clicking on the Reports tab in the toolbar
In the following Reports menu, navigate to the Customer column and click the Instant Booking Leads link
In the next menu, set the date range you wish to gather information from for your leads and click Run Report. (Learn more about the Instant Booking Leads report)
Once generated, click the paper icon next to the search bar to open up the export dropdown menu, then click CSV
And once downloaded, you should see a notification confirming the .csv file was successfully downloaded.
Importing Your Instant Booking Leads .csv Files Into Mailchimp
Now that you’ve exported your lead data, you’re ready to begin importing the files into your Mailchimp account. Login to your Mailchimp account and from the navigation panel click Audience -> All Contacts
In the Contacts menu, click the Add contacts tab and select Import Contacts
Next, select the Upload a file option and click Continue
Next, you can choose to either browse your computer for the previously saved .csv file or drag and drop your .csv file into this section
Once uploaded, click Continue to Organize
In the next menu, you’ll have the ability to assign your imported contacts to an audience and status within your Mailchimp account. Click Continue to tag when finished
Next, you can assign or create tags for more layers of organization within your Mailchimp account. When completed, click Continue To Match
In the match menu, use the pencil icon to match the column information with the corresponding column headers
Use the edit menu to assign or create new column labels using the dropdown box, then click Confirm to continue. Repeat this step with each of the columns until all are completed, then click Finalize Import
Once finished, the imported information can be reviewed for accuracy. Once satisfied, click Complete Import.
Now that your leads have been successfully imported into Mailchimp, you will be given the option to create an email campaign using the newly imported lead information
