System Patches and Updates for July 13th, 2022
The following issues were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks
- Hovering over the “State” field on the job details page will display the complete state/territory/province name
- Getting Started Page – Schedule and Dispatch Section – Available zone settings are now complete
- Search bar located in the top border – You can now search estimate numbers
- Route Sheet now displays in the correct order when teams are involved
- Dispatches from ServiceBench and ServicePower can now be set to automatic acceptance
- When assigning a Team with multiple users, job duration is now decreased to match the number of Professionals on the team. *requires job duration module
- In the schedule view, the left window displaying the professionals has been adjusted for Professionals with long names
- In the customer edit screen, invoice section, the 3 dots had become inactive. These are now working as expected
- When updating recurring billing jobs, the original billing job is now staying visible
- When completing a form, you can now deselect any previously selected items.
- Some tax multiplier issues resolved
- Schedule page – when switching from schedule view to staff view, the professionals listed now stay the same
- Price list – Editing a category name has been re-instated
We try to update on Wednesday evenings. In order to give you a quality product, a Wednesday night promotion may move to a later night. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
