System Patches and Updates for 2023
The following issues/patches/updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:

Resolved Issues
- Addressed issues where jobs scheduled to specific times or time ranges were not being copied to recurrences
- Resolved issue where job content was not carrying over to unassigned jobs created via the property management feature
- Fixed issue where Revenue Projection report generated results from span larger than
- Adjusted tax calculations on invoice register report
- Inventory transfers will no longer accept an item with a quantity of zero
- Updated Sales Accounting Report to only include individual technician commission rates
- Addressed issue with admin user’s latitude and longitude displaying incorrectly
- Resolved issue where tax rates were appearing on invoices while taxable box was unchecked
- Updated purchase order error messages with detailed description of errors
- Tax information on jobs now updates automatically to corresponding city, zip (pattern), state and country of service address
- Restored functionality to the phone number search field in Customer view
- Part cost now allows for changes to be made in edit job menu
Enhancements
- Job Cost for services now displayed on Job Edit page
- Uploaded content now displays full filename and thumbnail of content in Job Edit menu
- Uploaded content now displays full filename and thumbnail of content in Customer Portal
- Signatures can now be added and enforced on job forms
- Changed color of arrived icon to blue
- Map view job status filters are now appear in different colors for ease of use
We update ServiceWorks over a weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
