Well, now we’re offering a referral system within our program that gives you 10% of their signup package amount credited to your account for each signup!
Here’s a quick walkthrough on how to utilize this feature within the ServiceWorks software:
How To Find and Share Referral Codes
From the toolbar, click on the arrow next to your Username and select Refer A Friend from the dropdown box
In the following popup window, you’ll have several options for how you can share your referral code:
- Invite By Email: Use this method to send out your referral code via email. You can send the referral code to multiple emails, but be sure to separate each email address with a comma, otherwise, it will not process the request correctly.
You can also customize the Email Subject and Email Message text to your liking. - Invite By Shared URL: Here, you’ll see a pre-generated URL code that can be copied and pasted to whomever you’d like. You can also use the Copy Link button to copy the URL link directly to your clipboard
- Invite via Social Media: Use the icons in this section to share your referral code as a post on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter. (You will be prompted to log into your account when using this option if you aren’t already.)
- Review: This section is also where you can submit a review on ServiceWorks through Capterra or Google
In addition you can also use the Refer Details link in the popup to view your previously sent and accepted referral offers
When clicked, you’ll be taken to the referral menu, where you can view your recently sent referrals along with the method of where the referral came from (Note: the filters in this section will populate based on what is entered in the “How Did You Hear About ServiceWorks” dropdown box in the registration menu. You’ll also be able to view the following information:
- Account ID: Displays the name of the associated account ID for the referral
- Account Name: Displays the associated account name
- Registered On: Displays the date in which the account was registered on
- Credit: Displays the total credit earned from the account’s referral code
