- New Report: Unused Parts by Professional
- New Report: Overdue Warranty Receivable
Resolved Issues
- Addressed error where jobs payed for via iWallet were marked as failed in job log but completed in iWallet side
- Resolved issue where setting specific times on jobs brought up the wrong display
- Fixed error with billing recurrences not setting after saving
- Addressed error with invoice dates and assign dates not matching when synching to QuickBooks
- Addressed issue where notes input in different languages would not translate when viewed in note history
- Auto-updates no longer appear as being done by a company user
- Fixed issue with serialized item report only showing certain serialized items
Enhancements
- Added new filters and information columns to the Jobs by Call Type report
- Multiple warehouse locations can now be assigned to technicians | User Setup
- Additional links and job information fields added to the Schedule Sidebar
- For users with multiple integrated Marcone accounts, the individual account number will now be displayed
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
