System Patches and Updates for June 27th, 2024

The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:

New Features

Bug Fixes

  • Removed excess space between disclaimer message on payment link
  • “Please check brand and item number” error message no longer triggers twice when adding items to jobs
  • Ticket status no longer changes when assigning parts to jobs waiting on parts
  • Technician skill rating now retains saved rating
  • Tax information now displays correctly when importing jobs from ServicePower
  • Skills and availability are no longer checked by default when bulk assigning a technician to a job
  • Resolved issue where services and products did not carry over from cloned estimates
  • Addressed issue where error message would appear when navigating inventory pages
  • Dynamic tag for Other Charges can be added to packing list template
  • Resolved issue where updating templates caused another template to be selected during printing


We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
