The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
Resolved Issues
- Addressed error with refunds and warranty jobs not synchronizing correctly with QuickBooks Online
- Resolved issue where job content with a comma in the filename prevented the content from uploading
- Addressed issue with slow loading times within the product section of the job edit page
- Resolved issue where the status of backordered parts would not change to “Backordered.”
- Restored visibility to the Cost column for serialized items within the Serial Numbers Available report
Mobile App
- Added the ability to receive photos sent through Two Way Messaging in ServiceWorks Pro app.
- Removed question mark icons from calendar, which prevented dates from being selected
- Resolved error where deleted job statuses and dispositions would still appear in the mobile app.
Enhancements
- Simplified error messages that appear when purchase orders from Marcone cannot be completed
- Industrial Service added to Industry within the Price List
- Added the option to download submitted and assigned job forms via email.
- Added {BillToCompanyName} dynamic tag to invoice template and legend
- Added the ability to print and scan item and location barcodes from the Inventory menu.
- The services within the Price List will now be alphabetized.
- Added a Call Source column to the Item Needed / Parts Required menu
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
