Be able to create an Estimate from a current ticket

When we go out to a customer’s home we create a Ticket so the Technician can collect our Service Charge upon entry. After Diagnosing the unit, the customer sometimes wants a written Estimate for the repairs that are needed. It would be nice if the Technician could click “Estimate” and be able to enter all parts and additional labor to complete the job into an estimate window to be emailed to the customer that has all the customer’s information, make model and serial number and problem with the machine. This would cut down on the data entry time for creating an estimate and still allow the technician to collect the Service call fee when they go out on the initial trip.
