What This Report Does:
Generates a report based on the Call Types assigned to jobs within a specific date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

- Job Date – Specifies the date to generate jobs that were scheduled during the selected time period. You can also quickly select a larger date range by clicking the Date Range drop down and selecting a range from there.
- Call Type – Specifies the specific Call Type to generate results from. The All Call Type can be used to generate a report with all types present.
When satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue.
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Job# – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job. This number is also a clickable link that will take you directly to the job
- Professional – Displays the technician assigned to the associated job
- Job Date – Displays the date on which the job was scheduled
- Completion Date – Displays the date on which the job’s status was marked as complete
- Customer – Displays the name of the customer account on the job/service
- Product Type – When applicable, displays the assigned product value of the item or equipment attached to the job
- Model – When applicable, displays the model number of items attached to the job
- Serial – When applicable, displays the serial number of items attached to the job
- Job Description – Displays any text entered within the Job Description section in the job edit menu
- Explanation of Service – Displays any text entered within the Explanation of Service section within the job edit menu.
