Items or Parts that is used for a Job have many disposition status. What does these status mean and do? Here is a snapshot of all the status and it’s purpose. Any number of new status can be added, but that will not impact the inventory and will not show up in your invoice. The ONLY status that shows up in invoice is Delivered which you can rename to Installed or Done or anything else you may like.
