There are many notifications sent to all stakeholders involved in the process of schedule, dispatch and invoicing. We will break down in details the type of notification and whether it can have customized messages.

Notification to Admin

  1. Job Created: Job Created Notifications are sent to Admin in email format and it also visible from Mobile App.
  2. Job Assigned: When a Job is Assigned to a professional or technician Notifications are sent to Admin in email format and it also visible from Mobile App.
  3. Job in Jeopardy: When a job is scheduled for a specific time and technicians have not arrived after 15 minutes of the scheduled time, this email notification is sent to admin and is also visible from Mobile App
  4. Tech Enroute: When technician is enroute for a particular job this email notification is sent to admin and is also visible from mobile app.
  5. Job Complete: When a job is marked as completed email notification is sent to admin and is also visible from mobile app.
  6. Professional Reassignment: If the job is re-assigned to a different tech, email notification is sent to admin and is also visible from mobile app.
  7. Reschedule Job: If the job is rescheduled to a different date, email notification is sent to admin and is also visible from mobile app.
  8. Auto Assign Job: If a technician auto assigns job to themselves then email notification is sent to the admin for approval or rejection. This is also visible from mobile app.
  9. Estimation Approval: When a customer approves an estimation an email notification is sent to the admin and is also visible from mobile app.
  10. Payment Receipt: When a customer has used the external payment link to pay for the services using credit card, email notification is sent to the admin and is also visible from the mobile app.

Notifications to Professionals

  1. Job Assigned: When a Job is Assigned to a professional or technician Notifications are sent to professional in email format and it also visible from Mobile App.
  2. Job in Jeopardy: When a job is scheduled for a specific time and technicians have not arrived after 15 minutes of the scheduled time, this email notification is sent to professional assigned to that job and is also visible from Mobile App
  3. Tech Enroute: When technician is enroute for a particular job this email notification is sent to technician and is also visible from mobile app.
  4. Job Complete: When a job is marked as completed email notification is sent to the assigned technician and is also visible from mobile app.
  5. Professional Reassignment: If the job is re-assigned to a different tech, email notification is sent to the old tech and the new tech and is also visible from mobile app.
  6. Reschedule Job: If the job is rescheduled to a different date, email notification is sent to the assigned tech and is also visible from mobile app.
  7. Auto Assign Job: If a technician auto assigns job to themselves and the admin approves or rejects the request, a notification is sent to the technician. This is also visible from mobile app.

Customer Notification

  1. Job Created: Job Created Notifications are sent to customer.
  2. Job Assigned: When a Job is Assigned to a professional or technician Notifications are sent to the customer.
  3. Tech Enroute: When technician is enroute for a particular job this notification is sent to customer.
  4. Job Complete: When a job is marked as completed email notification is sent to customer.
  5. Reschedule Job: If the job is rescheduled to a different date, email notification is sent to customer.
  6. Estimation Approval: When an estimation is sent to the customer, customer gets notification for approving the estimate. When customer approves an estimation an copy of the estimation is sent in the notification to the customer.
  7. Payment Receipt: When a customer card has been used as payment for the services using credit card, notification is sent to the customer.
  8. Invoice: Invoices for a job is sent to the customer.
  9. Appointment Reminder: Automatic reminder can be set for customers prior to the job date.
