In ServiceWorks, you have the ability to generate a report based on how much revenue was earned during a specified time frame.
When the report is generated, you can view the following:
- Accnt (Account) – This will display the Chart of Account name assigned to items used in POS, Job/Estimation Tickets, or Payments. (Note: If a chart of accounts has not been assigned to your items, the account name will appear as Unmapped)
- Paid Amount – This will show the total sum of all payments received for the defined time range
- Amount – The total sum of amounts that have been earned (due) during the date range
- Tax Amount – Total sum of all taxes earned during defined date range
