AI: Job Information / Explanation of Details

Using our cutting edge AI, we’ve added the ability to both translate and transpose text entered within the job information section and the explanation of details from within

To access this feature, create a new job or open up an existing job within your ServiceWorks Account. This process will also work with estimations as well.

Start by creating a new job from the toolbar
Or select an existing one from the All Jobs menu using the Details option

Once in the Edit Job menu, you can scroll down to the Job Information section of the menu to see the AI options

Fix Grammar

There might be times during either the creation of the job or the actual service where the issue for the job or the tech’s reasoning may not be so clear, grammatically. Whether it be misspellings, improper use, or even omitted information, utilizing this feature can analyze the text in the field and return a more clear, comprehensive message; making it perfect for ensuring that your communication between staff and customers is as transparent as possible.

For example, here’s a note left by a customer having issues with their washing machine. A bit hard to read at first glance, this may confuse both staff and techs when attempting to triage the issue.

By clicking the Fix Grammar button, you can have our AI paraphrase the text entered and suggest a cohesive version of the entry

Messages written in different languages can also be paraphrased grammatically. Try it out if you can!

Translate

In addition to fixing grammatical errors, our AI module is also capable of translating text from a different language. This can be useful in situations where claimed issues need to be in English for submission, or even for catering to a multilingual customer base.

For example, below is a message that a tech left behind as an explanation of service in Spanish. Instead of having to grab your phone or open up a tab with Google Translate, our AI has you covered.

By simply clicking the Translate button, the text within the field is translated into English. This option works with multiple languages.
