Scheduling

Schedule View Tabs

You can assign different schedule views and filters to individual tabs within ServiceWorks, allowing you to move freely between schedule views and variations

By utilizing this feature, you can swap between different views without needing to reapply filters, saving you time and effort when managing your scheduled jobs

To begin, start by logging into your ServiceWorks account.

In the left corner above your schedule you should see a plus button as well as a view marker displaying how many saved tabs are present and available. By default, this should read as zero, since you haven’t set up any additional scheduling views outside of your saved default.

Clicking on the plus button brings up a menu for creating a new saved view, where you can name your new view. To set this view as the default tab to display when you log into ServiceWorks, make sure the Default option is checked. Click Save to continue.

Once saved, you’ll now be able to customize the schedule view within your newly created tab. This can be done by selecting one or more of the filter options or setting a new schedule view as the default. Any changes made to the filters or view within tab will automatically save.

Now next to any of the created tabs, you’ll see both a checkmark as well as an ‘x’. The checkmark can be used to designate which of your created tabs should be the default view, similar to how you can check the default tab during creation.

Clicking the ‘X’ will bring up a prompt asking you to verify if you’d like to delete the tab

You have a limit of up to 8 different schedule tabs to choose from, so we highly encourage you to experiment and find the best view for your business!
