What This Report Does:
Generates a report of jobs that have been marked In Jeopardy. This status triggers when a technician has not selected ‘En Route’ within 15 minutes of the job’s assigned time.
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option for setting a date range to filter your search. Once set, click Run Report to continue

Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- TicketNumber – Displays the ticket number assigned to the job
- Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
- Date – Displays the assigned date of the job
- Time– Displays the assigned time for the job
- Status – Displays the current status of the job
- IFPartUsed – Displays whether or not an item or part is needed to complete the job
- Brand – Displays the brand of the item attached to the job
- Part Number – Displays the number of the part/item attached to the job
- Part Status – Displays the current status of the item attached to the job
- Delivery Date – Displays the assigned delivery date for the job (if applicable)
- Delivery Location – Displays the delivery location for the job (if applicable)
- Distributor – Displays the associated distributor for the item attached to the job
- DistOrderNumber – Displays the order number assigned to the distributor if an item is needed (if applicable)
- ETA – Displays the current estimated time of arrival for the job
- InternalReference – Displays the purchase order number for an item attached to the job (if applicable)
- Prof Name – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
