Report: Warranty Jobs Rejected

What This Report Does:
Generates a list of warrantied jobs that were rejected within a specified time frame

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the options for filtering your search by a specific Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue


Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Ticket# – Displays the job’s assigned ticket number
  • Job Type – Displays the assigned job type
  • Type of Call – Displays the assigned call type
  • Call Source – Displays the assigned call source
  • Issue Description – Displays the text within the “Job Description” field
  • Brand – Displays the item’s assigned brand
  • Product – Displays the item’s assigned product family
  • Model# – Displays the item’s model number (if applicable)
  • Serial# – Displays the item’s assigned serial number (if applicable)
  • Created At – Displays the time and date on which the job was created
  • Customer – Displays the name of the customer associated with the job
  • Address – Displays the customer’s associated address
  • Trip – Displays the number of trips for the job
  • Tech Name – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
  • Parts – Displays any added parts for the item
  • Down Payment – Displays the total amount of down payment taken for the job
  • Parts Payment – Displays the total amount due for parts on the job
  • Labor Payment – Displays the total amount due for labor on the job
  • Tax – Displays the total amount of tax applied on the job
  • Total Payment – Displays the total amount of payment due for the job
  • Paid By – Displays the method of payment used for the job
  • Assigned At – Displays the time and date on which the job was assigned to a technician
  • Reached At – Displays the time and date on which the technician arrived at the requested service location
  • Left At – Displays the time and date on which the technician marked the job or trip as completed
  • Job Note – Displays any text within the “Job Note” field
  • Remarks – Displays the text within the “Explanation of Services” field
  • Visited – Displays whether or not the job has been visited
  • Completed – Displays whether or not the job has been completed
  • Issue Resolved – Displays whether or not the issue has been resolved
