What This Report Does:
Displays detailed time tracking information for individual tickets within a designated time frame.
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

- From / To Date – Filter your results by a specified date range
- Technician – Filter your results by a specific employee name. To view all employees, you can leave this field into the ‘All‘ field
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

- Employee Name – Displays the name of the assigned employee
- Job # – Displays the job/invoice number
- Job Type – Displays the assigned job type
- Job Status – Displays the jobs current status
- Customer Name – Displays the assigned customer’s name
- Job Created Date – Displays the date on which the job was created
- Job Created Time – Displays the time in which the job was created
- Date of the Job – Displays the time and date for which the job was scheduled
- Start Time – Displays the time the job was started
- Arrival Time – Displays the estimated time in which the technician should arrive on the job
- Travel Time – Displays the total travel time for each job
- Miles Traveled – Displays the amount actually travelled for the job
- Arrival Time – Displays the time on which the technician actually marked themselves
- Completion Time – Displays the time in which the job was completed
- Time to Complete Job – Displays the total time logged for job completion
- Per Hr Rate – Displays the assigned technician’s hourly rate
- Amount to Pay – Displays the pay accrued for each employee
- Trip Note – Displays the text within the trip note for the job
- Job Note – Displays the text within the notes section for the job
