What This Report Does:
Generates a list of QuickBooks synchronizations within your ServiceWorks account
Upon opening this report, you’ll be able to view the following information within the report:
- Sync Range – Displays the set range of the synchronization
- Run Start – Displays the time on which the synchronization was initiated
- Created At – Displays when the synchronization process was created
- Rows Managed – Displays the number of rows included in the sync
- Status – Displays the current status of the synchronization
- Status Description – Displays the description of the synchronization process. Will return error messages here in situations where the sync was unsuccessful
