What This Report Does:
When generated, this report will display a list of overdue warranty payments based on the the distributor and vendor selected.
Upon opening this, you’ll have the following options for generating the report:
- Claim Submission From / To Date – Use these fields to define the date range in which the warranty claim was submitted
- Overdue – Use this field to select from the following overdue periods: 1 to 30 days, 31 to 60 days, 61 to 90 days, and More Than 90 Days
- Vendor Type – Use this field to select from the following vendor types: Part Distributors, Claims Processors, OEM, or All
- Vendor – Use this field to designate one of the vendors from within your ServiceWorks account. By default, this field will be set to All
- Type – Use this field to determine the types of warrantied jobs to be generated within the report: Parts, Labor, or Both
- Distributor – Use this field to select an individual distributor, or all
Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Job # – Displays the job’s associated ticket number. The numbers in this column also act as a direct link to the job
- Customer – Displays the name of the warranty provider
- Job Date – Displays the date on which the job was scheduled
- Claim Submission Date – Displays the date on which the warranty claim was submitted
- Vendor – Displays the associated vendor for the warranty claim
- Type – Displays type of vendor for the warranty claim
- Distributor – Displays the associated distributor for the warranty claim
- Total – Displays the total amount due for the warrantied job
- Paid – Displays the total amount paid for the warrantied job
- Payment Received Date – Displays the date on which the last payment for this claim was received
- Overdue – Displays the amount of days that the warranty payment is currently overdue
