What This Report Does:
Displays a list of new customers that have made payments within a specific date range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by a designated time frame. Once you are finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Customer: Displays the customer’s name
- Phone: Displays the customer’s phone number
- Email: Displays the customer’s email address
- Job Number: Displays the job number on the ticket. The total job numbers during this range will also be shown at the bottom of the table
- Description: Displays the text in the Job Description field
- Amount: Displays the total amount due for the job. The total amount charged during this range will also be shown at the bottom of the table
- Paid Amount: Displays the total amount that was paid for a job. The total amount paid during this range will also be shown at the bottom of the table
- Paid Date: Displays the date on which the job was marked as paid
