What This Report Does:
Generates a list of items whose quantity is lower than its set ROP level. This report will ONLY show items with a set ROP
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:
- Item# – Filter your results by the items assigned number
- Brand – Filter your results by the item’s assigned brand
- Location – Filter your results by the items current inventory location
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Brand – Displays the item’s assigned brand
- Item Number – Displays the item’s assigned number
- ItemDesc – Displays the text within the item’s Description field
- Default Purchase Cost – Displays the internal price of an item
- Default Sales Price – Displays the total sales price of the item
- Warehouse Name – Displays the name of the item’s current inventory location
- Qty – Displays the current quantity of the item
- ReOrderQty – Displays the item’s minimum reorder quantity
- EOQ – Displays the item’s set EOQ or economic order quantity
- To Order – Displays the quantity required to be ordered to satisfy the reorder level requirements
