What This Report Does:
Generates a list of items ordered and assigned to invoice tickets within a designated time range
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search within a set timeframe. Once finished with your selection, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report
- Technician – Displays the name of the technician assigned to the job
- Job ID – Displays the Job/Invoice number of the job
- Goods Receipt – Displays the order receipt number for the item (if applicable)
- Part Disposition – Displays the current disposition of an item on a job ticket
- Qty – Displays the total quantity of each item on the job
- PartNumber – Displays the assigned part number of each item
- Invoice – Displays the current invoice number for the item
- Date – Displays the date on which the item is estimated to be in inventory
- Description – Displays the text within the Item Description field for each item
