What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customers with discounts applied
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by the active discounts within your ServiceWorks account. Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer
- Account – Displays the associated customer’s account number
- Phone – Displays the customer’s phone number
- Email – Displays the customer’s saved email address
- Address – Displays the customer’s saved billing address
- Discount Applied – Displays the name of the discount applied to the customer’s requested services
