We have introduced settings to enable you to use your phone numbers to send text messages. Your customer can now get all text notifications from your own number.
Go To Settings->Integration->App. Configuration (service.works). Open the Twillio app. Enter your account information and save.

You can create your own Twillio account and add the information in here.
In your Twillio account please add the following configuration if you want the two way messaging to work for Job Confirmation.
