Mobile App: Invoice Management

You can manage and view invoices within the mobile app using the Invoice Management feature. Here’s how to access this within the mobile app:

Upon logging in to the ServiceWorks Pro app, press the More button at the bottom right of the app, then select Invoice Management from the pop-up tab

In the invoice management menu, you can view created invoices for the following statuses: Paid, Due, Cancelled, and Overdue. By default, this will start on the overdue invoices.

In the overdue section, you can see information such as the total overdue invoice amount, customer name, account number, invoice number, total amount of invoice, date the invoice was created, and how many days overdue

In the paid section, you can view the total paid invoice amount as well as the date an invoice was paid.

Using the drop-down box next to the paid amount will allow you to edit the date range in which to calculate the total amount to generate.

In the due section, you can view all invoices due by descending order. You’ll also be able to view invoices that are 1 day overdue in the top of this section.

And in the cancelled section, you can view all invoices that were cancelled as well as a total amount

By clicking on the invoice in any view, you’ll be given the option to print the invoice from your mobile device’s browser.
