Parts on Jobs – Legend

Recently, we’ve added a new truck icon like the one below to indicate whenever a job has parts assigned.

But now, we’ve added a few more icons. Below is a quick guide on what each of them will indicate when visible:

Jobs with No Items

For any job without items assigned, or for jobs that have had items deleted, no truck icon should be visible.

Job with Items but no Technician Assigned:

Any scheduled job where there are parts assigned but no technician assigned will appear with a blank truck outline in the panel, a quick reminder to assign a technician before continuing.

Jobs with Missing or Unavailable Items:

For situations where all of the items for the scheduled job are not available, the truck icon will appear bright red, informing you that there are still items needed to complete this job.

Jobs with All Items Available & On The Truck

Jobs with all of the associated items present and ready on the truck will have a green truck icon next to them, meaning all is well with this appointment. This will also occur if a PO is received directly to a professional’s truck.

Jobs with Items Being Installed

For any job where the items are all accounted for and an installation is taking place (i.e. the status has been changed to installed or delivered), a green truck icon with a check mark will appear in the job panel

Jobs with Item Issues

For any job on hold or with a “waiting” disposition status (Quality, Back to Stock, Return to Vendor, or Return to Shop), a yellow truck icon will appear, indicating that there are still things that need to be addressed before completing the job.

In addition to viewing these icons on the Job Details menu in the schedule, they can also be visible when reviewing and arranging daily route sheets
