In ServiceWorks you can create a series of jobs falling under different pattern. e.g., you can create a series of jobs that is weekly on Monday, or second Wednesday of every month or 5th of every three months. You can change the pattern of these jobs in bulk now.
First you need to go to the new All Jobs page.
Next you need to filter the Frequency of the jobs to the correct pattern that you are intending to modify. In this example we have selected the Frequency One Time.
Change Schedule for One Time Job
Now select all jobs and click the Change Schedule button. Pick the new date these selected jobs need to be on.
That’s it, when you save all the jobs will change to be on January 21st. This saves you individual modification of every job and saves you a lot of time.
Change Schedule for Weekly Job
For weekly jobs make sure you select the Frequency as weekly and also select the correct pattern of weekly jobs from the highlighted dropdown. The system will automatically show you all the patterns of the jobs in this range.
In this example we are selecting every 4th week on Friday.
Click all Jobs and then Click Change Schedule. We can change the pattern to be every 3rd Thursday as follows. Then save the jobs and all jobs will be updated.
Changing schedules of multiple jobs is a process intensive task. Please be patient and do not edit the same jobs you are trying to modify at this time.
Change Schedule for Monthly Job
For monthly jobs make sure you select the Frequency as Monthly and also select the correct pattern of monthly jobs from the highlighted dropdown. The system will automatically show you all the patterns of the jobs in this range.
In this example we are selecting Monthly on 2nd day option.
Click all Jobs and then Click Change Schedule. We can change the pattern to be 15th of every month as follows. Then save the jobs and all jobs will be updated.
