With the Inventory Settings section, you can toggle a few assets related to how your inventory appears within ServiceWorks. Here’s a quick look at those options.
To begin, click the cogwheel in the toolbar to open the Configurations tab and select Configuration → Inventory Settings → Inventory Settings
In the Inventory Settings menu, you’ll have the following options to enable or disable:
- Is Auto Save Inventory – Allows the inventory information to be automatically saved to ServiceWorks with Marcone integration
- Auto Tracking Inventory – Automatically tracks the current order status of your inventory items from Marcone within ServiceWorks
- Show Distributor Price On Invoice – Allows for the distributor purchase price for items to be displayed on outgoing invoices
- Use Inventory As Decimal – Allows for the quantity of inventory items to be displayed in decimals instead of whole numbers.
Once finished with your selection, click Save. You will need to log out and log back into ServiceWorks in order for these changes to take place in your account
