Instant Booking Product Dropdown

Per request, we have enabled the product section of the instant booking page to display the full length of Product Family & Details when selecting items via the dropdown field. Here’s a brief walkthrough on how to set this up within your ServiceWorks account

If you haven’t done so already, you will first need to ensure that your product section is visible from within your instant booking page

To begin, click the cogwheel in the toolbar to open the Configuration tab. Once opened, navigate to Job Settings → Instant Booking

Next, select your desired instant booking page and click the Edit icon next to it

And in the instant booking menu, click on the Product/Equipment tab

In the Product/Equipment tab, use the fields at the bottom to add brands and product family details to be available for selection in your instant booking page. Click Save when finished adding your changes.

Now that you’ve made your module visible, here’s what your customers will see when visiting your instant booking page:

Now upon clicking the dropdown box for the product family, we can see the full hierarchy of the product family tree. This will aid in the selection of similar parts and products
