Report: Customer Trip History

What This Report Does:
Generates a list of customers by their previous trip history within a specified date range

Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options for filtering your search:

  • From / To Date – Filter your results by a designated time frame
  • Customer Name – Filter your results by the name of the customer

Once finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue


Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:

  • Job # – Displays the invoice number of the job
  • Trip # – Displays the total number of trips for the job
  • Customer Name – Displays the name of the customer assigned to the job
  • Job Date – Displays the date on which the job is scheduled
  • Explanation Of Service – Displays the text within the “Explanation of Service” field in the job ticket
  • Explanation Of Service Updated By – Displays the name of the user that filled out the “Explanation of Service” field in the job ticket
  • Explanation Of Service Updated At – Displays the date and time on which the Explanation of Service was entered or updated
  • Job Note – Displays the text within the “Job Note” field in the job ticket
  • Job Note Updated By – Displays the name of the user that filled out the “Job Note” field in the job ticket
  • Job Note Updated At – Displays the date and time on which the Job Note was entered or updated
