Enabling SMTP Settings In GoDaddy
To properly use the SMTP address feature with GoDaddy’s email servers, first you’ll need to ensure that SMTP Authentication is enabled. The steps below will walk you through how to accomplish this within your GoDaddy account:

Configure SMTP settings
After adding the SMTP relay, you will be directed to the configuration page. Here, you need to fill in the required details to set up an SMTP server. GoDaddy requires the following information:
SMTP Relay username: This is your email address
SMTP Relay Password: Enter your email password.
SMTP Relay Port: Use 587.
SMTP Relay Server: This is smtpout.secureserver.net
Once you’ve filled in the details, click on the create button to save the settings.
If you have 2FA (2 Factor Authentication) active, you’ll need to generate an app password. Follow the instructions below to generate that password:

Setting Up Your Personalized Email with GoDaddy
Now that you’ve setup and enabled your SMTP server, you can now connect it with your ServiceWorks account. To begin, click on the cogwheel in the toolbar to open up the Configurations Tab and navigate to Notification -> Personalized Email

In the Personalized Email menu, you’ll have the following options available for enabling your personalized email account:

Once you’ve reached the Personalized Email screen, enter this information in the fields:
Check the Personalized Email checkbox to ensure this feature is enabled
SMTP server: smtp.office365.com
SMTP port: 587
Enter From Id: Enter your email address
SMTP username: Your email address again
SMTP password: Your email password
Check the Is SSL Enabled checkbox
Once finished, click Save to continue. Once finished with the setup, we recommend sending a test email to ensure the SMTP process has been enabled correctly
You will need to log out of ServiceWorks as well as close any open ServiceWorks tabs to complete the setup process
