System Patches and Updates for 2023
The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
New Features
- Product / Equipment field added to Instant Booking
Resolved Issues
- Resolved error with sub-customer page showing incorrect amount of sub-customers when increasing account view
- Addressed issue with emailed statements appearing with errors in the message
- Restored function to links within the Cash Basis Account report
Mobile App
- Updated UI for Parts Required menu
- Job notes no longer duplicate when created from mobile app
- Addressed issues with arrival times not being captured via mobile app
- Revised verbiage on trip / job completion popup
Enhancements
- Items added to the PO now reflect individual pricing based on the distributor
- Jobs with the “Ready To Be Rescheduled” status will now change to “Scheduled” once the scheduled date of service has been edited
- Customer import now generate email detailing successful and failed imports
- Decreased wait time for the retrieval of job information
- Salesperson filter added to Salesperson Commission Report
- Technician filter added to Sales Accounting Report
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note that the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
