System Patches and Updates for December 7th, 2023
The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
Resolved Issues
- Fixed an issue when submitting a Job Template did not properly map the zones
- Resolved errors with saved combined invoice drafts being sent to customers
- Addressed issue with sent combined invoices not appearing in the invoice registry
- Restored functionality to the Red Flag option
- Resolved issue with Stripe transactions not appearing in Job Log
- Fixed error on serialized items and products not reflecting the correct inventory quantity when their disposition had been changed
Enhancements
- Added the ability to search for jobs by custom field
- Quantity field added to Other Charges in POS
- An option to attach a full invoice has been added when sending combined invoices
- An option to clear payments has been added to the Payment screen
- “Last Day” option added for processing monthly statements
- Additional reminder templates have been added to Estimation template
- Ad Hoc Statements can now be created and emailed in Payment menu
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Also note that the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
