The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
New Features
- Schedule View Tabs
You now have the ability to create and save multiple schedule views as separate tabs within ServiceWorks! This can be done by schedule view, filter options, or a combination of both!

Resolved Issues
- Resolved issues with SMS messages not being sent when manually triggered
- Restored the ability to edit part descriptions for ServiceBench claims
- Addressed issue where POS transactions displayed different item costs on different views
- Restored functionality to the Clear All link within the commission calculator
- Fixed error where order of jobs on schedule did not match map views or route sheet
- Addressed error where ServicePower jobs set to Auto Accept had to be accepted manually
Enhancements
- Professional Assignment UI Update
There’s a fresh new look on how to manually assign professionals and teams to jobs, and the Get Best Tech feature! Now including a search function for operations with 6+ active technicians

- Additional Columns on All Jobs Page
We’ve added a Total (including taxes) and Job Type column to the jobs listed on the All Jobs page, making it easier to view this information without needing to open the job ticket.

- Barcode Printing During PO Receiving
You now have the option printing out barcodes when receiving PO items! (Note: You must have the Barcode module active in your account to utilize this feature)

- Editable Claim Numbers
You can now edit the claim numbers for any manually submitted warranty claims

We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
