New Features

  • Cycle Count:

    Keep your inventory spot-on and your operations running smoothly with the cycle count feature, available on both desktop and the ServiceWorks Pro app!

Resolved Issues

  • Commission payout calculations no longer include taxes or tip amounts
  • Customer ledger reports now display the correct account balance when navigating between calendar dates
  • Resolved issue where adding parts to jobs using different methods resulted in different prices / costs
  • Addressed error where jobs were appearing within the estimation history
  • Restored functionality to the status filter within the Warranty Claims page
  • Fixed error where assigning a technician would not automatically update the job status from unassigned
  • Addressed issue where cloning a past dated estimation did not list the cloned estimate within the estimation history
  • Resolved error where the system allowed for more than one technician to be designated as the leader on job assignments
  • Restored the ability to edit job times within the Prof Action menu on desktop
  • Fixed issue where Time Range jobs could be saved from the schedule sidebar without designating a specific time

Mobile App

  • Offline Mode Toggle
    – Added a toggle for offline mode capabilities within the ServiceWorks Pro app

Enhancements

New Job Creation Method

With the addition of the Create New Job button in the scheduling view, you can edit all of the job info in the sidebar without ever leaving the schedule view!

Scheduling Board

– Added the ability to drag and drop On Hold, Unassigned, and Ready To Be Rescheduled jobs in the Staff view
– Adjusted colors within the On Hold, Unassigned, and Ready To Be Rescheduled tabs for better visibility

Edit Job Links

Placed links at the top of the Edit Job menu, allowing you to navigate directly to a section with a click! Located right above the Customer Details panel

Route Sheet UI Update

We’ve updated the look and feel of the Route Sheet, making it easier to schedule, monitor, and adjust your daily services


We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
