The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:

- Addressed error where tax rates would differ between desktop and mobile app view
- Restored functionality to automated zone selection by zip pattern
- Resolved issue where unused statement period totals would appear on printed statements
- Fixed issue where items searched for by item number or description displayed different inventory quantities
- Addressed issue with earning report displaying the incorrect date
- Primary and Secondary phone number boxes are no longer unchecked when assigning jobs from ServiceBench
- Restored functionality to the content tag within estimate templates
- Resolved issue where returned serial items would appear as sold on the Serial Number Search report
- Addressed discrepancies within the Time Sheet Summary
- Adjusted calculations which caused returned invoice amounts to include taxes
- Time ranges for jobs now display in a 12-hour format.
- Fixed error where moving items between inventory locations caused duplicates
- Statement email links now correctly include finance charges, and partial payments from Customer A/R prioritize finance charge settlement before invoice payments.
- Restored functionality to the Potential Duplicate Customer report
- Addressed error where duplicate account numbers could be created
- Restored the ability to edit cost field for POs
- Resolved issue where clicking the Today button in Daily Time Slot view showed the following day instead
- Instant booking jobs now only assign if the scheduled day is available and the permission is set
- Voiding or cancelling a POS now correctly unassigns serial numbers and non serialized inventory.
- Resolved issue where removing parts from jobs did not remove the part totals
- Corrected issue where creating a job through Instant Booking incorrectly scheduled the date
- Addressed error where jobs on the items needed page did not appear when item disposition had changed
- Restored functionality to the auto=populate feature for the city address field
- Fixed issue where text notifications would send the email template instead
Mobile App
- Added a Completed time and date stamp for trips
- Restored functionality to the date range feature on the My Commission menu
- Adjusted touch sensitivity for the Product/Equipment panel on the Job Edit menu
- Part location assignment from the mobile app now prioritizes truck location, technician’s default location, and company default location, in that order.
- Addressed issue where primary customer accounts would appear as subcustomers
- Completed trips now show the correct date in the Job menu
- Restored visibility to item descriptions and images.
- Restored functionality to the zoom feature for images received from customers
- Fixed error where membership prompt would appear for users without membership permissions
- Addressed error where the Show Vendor Price on Invoice feature would not pull the correct pricing
- Resolved issue with being unable to select the correct bins when adding items via mobile app
Enhancements
- Adjusted dropdown menu UI for iPad & tablet devices
- Items added to the items needed page can now be edited
- Receiving PO barcodes now include the corresponding job number
- Daily Parts Required list now groups by technician when printing full pick list
- Workflow enhancements:
- Job status now changes to Ready To Be Rescheduled whenever a trip has been cancelled
- Jobs status will now change to Ready to Review whenever a job is marked as completed
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our maintenance notification emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates.
