Would you make it so when an employee is moved to Inactive status, that either their font turns red, their information under Users turns red, or some type of way to easily see WHO IS and WHO IS NOT active.
2. Could making the Users move to Inactive status just be a checkbox under that column, that would flag their whole profile, jobs, schedule, etc. and we would not be able to assign them jobs or they would be Grayed out.
