Customer Portal in ServiceWorks

You can have a branded customer portal for your customer, where they can see their payment history, service history and sales history. They can also send job request from the portal.

Setup Customer Login

Go to Customer -> Edit Customer. You will see a new section for username/password. Your customers will need three elements to login to the portal.

  1. Your Company ID (ask your product specialist)
  2. Username (you set it up)
  3. Password (you set it up)
Save the customer after the edit. Now your customer can login to the portal. Customers can enter the company id, username and password.

Customer Portal Job Request

They will enter the customer portal and lasd on the home page. They can enter job request from this page.

On the left there are navigation menu to go to different pages.

Service History

In the Service History page the customer can see all their past service history. They can also see the invoice of each job by clicking on the three dots on the right and then selecting invoice.

Sales History

In the Sales History page the customer can see all their past sales history. They can also see the invoice of each job by clicking on the three dots on the right and then selecting invoice.

Payment History

In the Sales History page the customer can see all their payment details made for either jobs or sales.
