Start by logging into your ServiceWorks account and clicking the red question mark towards the bottom of the screen

Upon doing so, a menu will appear with several options to contact our team or look through our resource library:

Submit A Ticket
Clicking this option will direct you to the ServiceWorks Support page, where you can submit troubleshooting tickets to our support team or request features be added to your account subscription.

If you’d rather speak with a live representative over the phone, call the phone number in this section to reach the ServiceWorks Support Hotline. In addition, if you have the capability to do so from your browser, clicking the link will begin a call directly from ServiceWorks

As a ServiceWorks user, you have exclusive access to an online forum via Facebook to collaborate, share ideas, and stay up to date on the most recent enhancements to the ServiceWorks software. Clicking this link will take you directly to our page where you can join
