Schedule Dispatch Calendar

ServiceWorks offers multiple ways to look at your work schedules. It varies from business to business which view is best suited for you. We have 6 ways to look at your schedules. This is a very important and central page for this application. You can perform many activities of your day through this page.

Schedule Calendar

The left pane of this page displays all your field technicians. You can turn the green check on or off to see jobs assigned to those technicians or not.

You can filter the technicians by Zone, by selecting the All Zones drop down. You can also type the name of the Professional in the Search Professional to find the right one.

Day View

You can see all the jobs for one day. Without leaving this page you can accomplish the following

1. You can create new Job by clicking on the cell.
2. You can assign professionals to the job
3. You can change the job duration by dragging the job box longer
4. You can move a job to a different time slot

Week View:

You can see all the jobs for one week. Without leaving this page you can accomplish the following

1. You can create new Job by clicking on the cell.
2. You can assign professionals to the job
3. You can change the job duration by dragging the job box longer
4. You can move a job to a different time slot
5. You can move job to a different date

Month View

You can see all the jobs for one week. Without leaving this page you can accomplish the following

1. You can create new Job by clicking on the cell.
2. You can assign professionals to the job
3. You can change the job duration by dragging the job box longer
4. You can move a job to a different time slot
5. You can move job to a different date

Map View

When you click the second icon from top on the bottom right of your page, you will land on the Map View.

You can see all the jobs for the day all laid out in the map. Without leaving this page you can accomplish the following

1. You can assign professionals to the job
2. You can change professionals assigned to this job
3. You can edit the assignment date and time by clicking Edit Assignment

You can drop Pegman onto the map to view street view and see how your customer property looks like.

Employee Schedule View

When you click the third icon from top on the bottom right of your page, you will land on the Map View.

You can see all the jobs for the employee grouped and laid out in different rows. Without leaving this page you can accomplish the following

1. You can view the job summary by hovering over
2. You can drag the job to put in different time slot for same employee
3. You can drag the job to put in different time slot for different employee
4. You can change the job duration by dragging it longer.

Time Slot Dispatch Board

If your business operation is focused on time slots, then this view is the ideal for you. Click on the 4th icon on the bottom left called Time Slot to land on this page.

You can see all the jobs for the employee grouped and laid out in different columns. Without leaving this page you can accomplish the following

1. You can view the job summary by hovering over
2. You can drag the job to put in different time slot for same employee
3. You can drag the job to put in different time slot for different employee
4. You can drag the unassigned jobs to the open slots for available employees
