What This Report Does:
Generates a list of items sold on invoices and POS transactions by their assigned number
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search results by the following:
- From Date/To Date – Filter results by a specified date range
- Item Number – Filter results be the item number assigned
- Type – Filter your search by the type of tranaction (Job, POS, or All)
- Location – Filter results by the item’s assigned location
- Brand – Filter results by a specific item brand or by all brands
Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue
Now that the report has been generated, you should be able to view the following information
- Brand – Displays the items assigned brand
- Item # – Displays the item’s assigned number
- Item Description – Displays the text within the item’s Description field
- Location – Displays the item’s current inventory location
- Bin – Displays the item’s current bin location (if applicable)
- Serial – Displays the item’s serial number (if applicable)
- Qty Used – Displays the quantity of items on the invoice
- Cost – Displays the internal price of the item
- Sales – Displays the sales price of the item
- Type – Displays whether or not the invoice is from a Job or POS transaction
- Invoice Number – Displays the assigned invoice number
