What This Report Does:
Generates a list of inventory transfers that occurred within a specified date range
Upon opening the report, you’ll have the option to filter your results by an assigned time frame. Once satisfied with your selection, click Run Report to continue.
Once generated, you’ll be able to view the following information within the report:
- Transfer # – Displays the assigned transfer number of the transaction
- Transfer Date – Displays the date the transfer occurred
- From Location – Displays the item’s starting location
- To Location – Displays the destination of the transferred item’s location
- Item # – Displays the items assigned number
- Item Description – Displays the text within the item’s Description field
- Qty/ Serial Transferred – Displays the total amount of the item that was transferred. For serialized items, this will also include the serial number
- From Bin – Displays the item’s starting bin location
- To Bin – Displays the destination of the transferred item’s location
- Transfer Note – Displays any notes made during the transfer
