What This Report Does:
Generates a report based on your inventory items and their current location
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the following options to filter your results:
- Location – Filter your search results by the item’s current inventory location
- Type – Filter your results by whether the item is serialized, non-serialized, or all
- Bin Location – Filter results by typing in the bin location of the item
Once satisfied with your selections, click Run Report to continue.
Upon generating the report, you should see the following information:
- Location – Displays the items current inventory location
- Qty On Hand – Displays the item’s current inventory quantity
- Brand/Make – Displays the item’s assigned brand and manufacturer
- Item Number – Displays the items assigned number
- Description – Displays the text within the Description field for an item
- Default Purchase Cost – Displays the internal cost of an item
- Default Sales Price – Displays the sales price of an item
- Column2 Pricing – Displays the secondary column pricing of an item (if applicable)
- Product Family – Displays the items assigned product family
- Product Detail – Displays the items assigned details
- Bin Location – Displays an item’s current bin location (if applicable)
