What This Report Does:
Displays a detailed list of all of the current inventory quantities within all warehouse locations within your ServiceWorks account.
Upon opening this report, you’ll have the option to filter your search by an item’s assigned number. Once you are finished with your selections, click Run Report to continue
Once generated, you will be able to view the following information within the report:
- Brand – Displays the item’s associated brand
- Item # – Displays the item’s number
- Item Name – Displays the item’s name
- Item Description – Displays the information within the item’s description field
- On Hand – Displays the quantity of the item currently on hand
- On Order – Displays the quantity of the item that is still in the process of being ordered
- Allocated – Displays the quantity of the item that is reserved for jobs
- Available – Displays the quantity of the item currently available for sale
- Inventory Asset Account – If assigned, will display the name of the asset chart of account the item is linked to
- Inventory Income Account – If assigned, will display the name of the income chart of account the item is linked to
- Inventory Expense Account – If assigned, will display the name of the expense chart of account the item is linked to
