Within your job and estimation tickets, you can now utilize the Search Catalog feature for services. Here’s a brief demonstration of how it will work:
To begin, either create a new job or open an existing one and scroll down to the Services / Labor panel

Within the Service / Labor section, click on the Service Catalog button

Once clicked, you should see the Service Catalog panel pop up on the right-hand side of your screen. In this pop-up, you can use the following parts:

- 1. Search Bar – This field can be used to search for services by name.
- 2. Industry – Narrow your service search by the selecting the industry it is nested under within your ServiceWorks account
- 3. Service Category – Search your services by their assigned categories
As your search results begin to populate, you can see various details about each service, such as the service name, price, description, and duration. When you’ve found the service(s) you wish to add to your ticket, click the Add button on the right side of the list

Once you’ve added services with the search catalog, they can be edited within the ticket if needed. (Note: any changes made to service prices via job / estimation ticket will not affect the default amount set in your price list)
