Here’s a brief tutorial on how to integrate your SWiP account with supported payment terminals:
Ingenico Lane/3000
Setup
To integrate your SWiP account with an Ingenico Lane/3000 Terminal, complete the following steps:
Login to your SWiP account. In the tab on the left-hand side, click the Marketplace Apps tab and select Swipe. From there, download the 5.1.4 version of the app.

Once downloaded, install the Payment Gateway Swipe app. During the installation, plug your Ingenico device into your computer using the USB port.

After the installation is complete, open the Payment Gateway Swipe app. Enter your SWiP username and click the checkboxes in the example below, then click OK

Now that you’ve finished the setup, you’ll need to ensure your webhooks are setup correctly if you haven’t already configured them. Here’s a guide on how to do so: Creating Webhooks with SWIP – ServiceWorks Academy
Collecting Payments
To collect payments using this device, first create a job or POS ticket within your ServiceWorks account. Once created and saved, open and log in to the Payment Gateway Swipe using your SWiP username and password

Next, enter the payment amount for the transaction on the keypad and click Charge

Once charged, a prompt will appear allowing you to add customer information relevant to the sale. The Order ID section will be the associated job or POS number generated from ServiceWorks. Once you’ve finished entering your information, click OK

On the card reader, it should prompt the customer to insert, swipe, or tab the card to complete the transaction. Once completed, return to the job / POS ticket within ServiceWorks. You should see a memo in the Payment section of the ticket with a log of the captured payment

Ingenico Link 2500
Setup
To use an Ingenico Link 2500 device with SWiP, use the following steps:
To begin, first download the iProcess app, either on the App Store or the Google Play Store (this can also be found in the Marketplace Apps section of your SWiP account)

In the iProcess app, log in using your SWiP username and password

Pairing Process
Once logged in, turn your device on and follow the steps below to pair it to the app (Note: these instructions can also be viewed by scanning the QR code within the device’s packaging)
Step 1
To begin you will need to power on the Ingenico Link device and place the reader into pairing mode. To do this you will need to push the power button on the device and hold it down. Once the device has entered pairing mode the LED indicator above the power button will begin flashing blue. This will indicate that the device has entered pairing mode.
If the device does not indicate a light at all or the LED is flashing red, please ensure the reader is fully charged with the micro USB cable provided with the reader.
Step 2
If you are using an iOS device to pair the PINpad, this step is not required. Please continue to Step 3.
If you are using an Android device to pair the device, the first thing you want to do is go to the Settings application and select the Bluetooth option. The reader serial number (usually begins with CHB) should appear as an available device.
You will see this serial number appear twice, one with a phone icon and another with a Bluetooth icon. You will want to select the option with the phone option. The LED on the reader will update to multi-color flashing, indicating that the device has been discovered and is ready to connect.
Step 3
Open the iProcess app and log in to your account. Once logged in, tap on the card icon in the top right-hand corner. The name of all readers paired with your mobile device will appear here as the serial number of the reader.
Step 4
Select the name of the reader you wish to configure with iProcess.
If this is the first time you are setting up the device, the reader may require a software update. If this is the case the LED will indicate an update by rapidly flashing blue and orange. This step can take up to 20 minutes to complete.
Once the reader is configured, the LED will indicate the device is connected and in idle/standby mode with a steady blue light or with a flashing blue light every 5 seconds. Both of these LED statuses indicate the reader is ready to process transactions.
Now that you’ve finished the setup, you’ll need to ensure your webhooks are setup correctly if you haven’t already configured them. Here’s a guide on how to do so: Creating Webhooks with SWIP – ServiceWorks Academy
Collecting Payment
