Integration between National Service Alliance (NSA) and ServiceWorks, typically happens through an API to automate job dispatching, status updates, and claim submissions. To setup that API we need to gather information from you.
Go to configuration settings > Integration > Claim Processor Setup

Click on the blue “Plus” icon in the upper right corner
When the window opens click on the “Processor” drop down, and select NSA Dispatch

When you do that the visible fields in that panel will change based on what is needed from you to “attach” to NSA

Field explanations:
- Processor: Processor selection (Mandatory)
- Name: This field will designate how your processor appears in ServiceWorks. For ease of use, we recommend naming this NSA Dispatch as well (Mandatory)
- Username: Provided to you from NSA (Mandatory)
- Password: Set at the NSA account level (Mandatory)
- Part submission to claim: In this field, you can designate whether to base the submission on the cost or sales price with your claims.
- Address: You can enter the Processor’s address here.
- Zip: You can enter the processor’s associated zip code/pattern.
- City/Region: You can enter the processor’s associated city/region
- State/province: Displays the state or province associated with either the city or zip code field.
- Phone: You can enter an associated phone number for your processor here.
- Email: You can enter the email address associated with the processor.
- Auto Accept: If you select this option then NSA jobs will automatically be accepted and comes to ServiceWorks. Otherwise, it will be under Notification Job Ticket from where you can accept or decline.
- Update Employee: If this option is selected then it automatically updates employee.
- Update Capacity: If this option is selected then it automatically updates the capacity.
- Send Sub Status: When enabled, this allows Service Works to update the job status on the LG side.
- Update Area: If this option is selected then it automatically updates the area.
- Color: This can be used to change the color coding of your LG jobs on the schedule.
Once finished, click Save. Once this is completed you should see claims begin to come in after about 20 minutes.
Reasons your setup or sync will fail
- Your User ID is incorrect
- Your Password is incorrect
- Processor name was changed from “LG Dispatch” This includes extra spaces or deleting a space
