System Patches and Updates for September 19, 2024
The following issues, patches, and updates were addressed in our latest update to ServiceWorks:
New Features
Resolved Issues
- Addressed issue with distributor prices still being visible while Show Distributor option was unchecked
- Restored functionality to the Reset Password option on login screen
- Restored functionality to the payment link in SMS messaging
- Addressed issue with technician time off not blocking off the correct times
- Job Import page no longer displays as “Customer Import”
- Resolved issue where blocked off weekend days were not being respected when scheduling jobs through Instant Booking
Mobile App
- Adjusted UI for displaying the Home bar on iOS devices
- Addressed issue with mobile app not saving captured signatures
Enhancements
- Changed the “Domain” label within the Shopify setup to “Store Name”
- On-hand inventory quantities can now be synced back to Shopify
- Multiple Tax rates will now be calculated based on order of priority
- Added a print option to the Daily Parts Required section
- Customer Note now appears in Job Log
We update ServiceWorks over the weekend when a patch or update will also affect the mobile app. This prevents our customers from getting an update notice on their mobile devices when starting their workday. Please look for our Maintenance Notification Emails. Please note, the morning after a promotion to the system, you may see some temporary slowness when first logging into your account. This will clear up quickly as your system takes in the new updates
